Shipping

When will my order be shipped?

Monday thru Thursday, candy is shipped within 24-48 hours of your order being received, (usually within 24 hours). Orders received on Friday and the weekend are usually shipped on Monday, and for holidays, the day after.

What shipping carrier do you use?

We ship most packages via Canada Post Expedited Parcel.

How long will it take to receive my candy?

After your candy is received by Canada Post, Expedited Parcel delivery times are estimated to be:
- Local 1 business day
- Regional 1 to 3 business days
- National 2 to 7 business days
Candy Club can’t guarantee the exact time an order will be delivered as factors such as location, holidays, time of year, weather conditions and unforeseen circumstances can affect your delivery date.

Can I exchange or return my candy?

Because candy is perishable, we are not able to accept returns. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us by email at support@candyclub.ca.

Do you ship outside Canada?

We presently only ship within Canada. We are hoping to expand there in the future.

What is the cost of shipping?

Shipping is $9.95 for candy orders under $60. We offer free shipping for candy orders over $60. The candy total must be over $60 after any coupons have been applied, but before shipping and taxes. Free shupping doesn't apply to gift boxes. Gift box shipping ranges from $11.95 - $14.95 per box, depending on the box size or type.

Where is my candy shipped from?

Candy is shipped from Winnipeg, Manitoba.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is delivered to Canada Post (usually within 24 hours of submitting your order), you will receive an email confirming your order was shipped and include a tracking number and a link for you to track your package.

I didn’t receive my order.

Please check the address you entered when placing the order. Then contact support@candyclub.ca with your order number and we’ll try and help you find it.

My Order

What forms of payment do you accept?

We currently accept any credit or debit card with a MasterCard, Visa, American Express Logo, and Paypal.

Can I cancel an order or change my order?

Your order can’t be cancelled after it has been placed. If you want to change your order, we will attempt to do so. Please contact us ASAP. Orders are processed promptly once you have submitted your order. Once the shipping label is created for the order, we may not be able to change the order.

Do you have retail stores, and can I pick up my order?

We are an online store only.

Does Candy Club have a newsletter and how do I sign-up?

We send out our newsletter periodically and include, special offers, new products news, contests, candy profiles and other interesting information. Candy Club will not share your information with third parties, sign up with the form in the footer.

What happens if the item I ordered is out of stock?

We try to have the online inventory accurate always. In the event a candy is out of stock after you have submitted your order, Candy Club will inform you within 24 hours. You will be given the option of having the rest of your order shipped and receiving a refund for the out of stock candy, choosing a substitution or receiving a full refund.

Gifts, Corporate Giving and Large Orders

If I want to buy a large amount of candy for a special event, do I get a discount?

You certainly will get a discount. If you have a large event, corporate giving, wedding etc., please contact us at shaun@candyclub.ca with the details and we will work out a quote that satisfies your requirements.

For corporate giving, can you send orders/gifts to multiple addresses from a single ?

We certainly can. If you make an order for multiple boxes goinng to different addresses, just put it in the Notes section of the order, or just email us at support@candyclub.ca and we'll take care of you.

Coupons

How do I use a coupon, promo code or gift certificate?

To redeem your code, just enter it in the appropriate box during checkout and it will be applied to your order. Please note that promo codes cannot be combined. Only one promo code may be used at a time and may not be combined with any other offer. For help please contact support@candyclub.ca.

My coupon, promo code or gift certificate is not working.

If you are having problems with your promo code, try checking that your subtotal meets the minimum amount to use the code (before tax and shipping charges are added) and check the dates the code is valid. Please contact us at support@candyclub.ca if you need further help.

General Questions

Do you make the candy?

No, we purchase candy directly from quality manufacturers, distributors, and importers.

Do you sell wholesale?

It is not our facus, but we do occasionally. Contact us at delicious@candyclub.ca.

Are Candy Club candies kosher?

Several of our candies contain kosher ingredients, we are not kosher certified.

Do your cocktail gummies contain alcohol?

Some cocktail gummies, like our prosecco bears do have alcohol in the ingredients however any actual alcohol content is cooked out during the candy making process and is perfectly safe for consumption by minors.

Can we suggest/request candies not on your website?

Yes! We are always on the lookout for new and interesting candies. There is a link on our home page.

How long will my candy stay fresh after it arrives?

After individual candy pouches are opened (they are resealable), candy will have a 4-to-6-week shelf life. Unopened bags will last for many months. We recommend properly storing your candy in a cool, dry place around 18–22C (65-72F), away from direct heat or sunlight.

I can’t remember my password to access my account?

If you have forgotten your password, go to your account, and click, "forgot password". Make sure to enter the email address you used to setup your account. If you can’t remember your email, email us at support@candyclub.ca and include your name and address and we’ll reply via the email address you originally used to sign up and you can reset your password.

Allergies

Are your candies allergy free?

We offer a variety of candy that may be organic, vegan, vegetarian, dairy free etc., without artificial flavours and colours, GMO-free and fat -free. All candies on the website has graphic icons to help you choose the best candy for your personal needs. All individual candies also show ingredients and Nutritional Facts on the website, before you buy. We pack our candy around other products, that may contain milk, soya, wheat, eggs or tree nut, so we can’t claim that they are vegan or completely free of gluten, eggs, dairy or sugar. Each of our candy webpages includes ingredients and allergy information. If you have a severe allergy, we recommend you avoid our candy. Our packaging facility handles candies that contain milk, soy, wheat, peanuts and tree nuts. We do our best to sterilize our production surfaces, however there may be traces of these allergens in any candy.
